We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial digital marketing manager to head and develop digital sales, as well as plan, execute and improve experiments that will help the company scale user acquisition. In acquisition, you will oversee proposing, running, and improving influencer marketing efforts.
What will you be doing
As a Digital and Creative Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the development and performance of digital communication strategies, as well as implement and analyze performance metrics, measure and assess goals. You must show to be highly data-driven and analytical when making decisions and highly organized and accountable when executing a plan. You will need to be creative to propose improvements or new ideas to grow engagement or acquisition while focused on details.
Key responsabilities
- Define the proper digital marketing KPIs (such as CPA, conversion rates, CTR, CPM).
- Increase web traffic and drive online sales.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies, marketing databases, email and social media campaigns.
- Responsible for web page improvement and performance.
- Monitor and track brand awareness and penetration.
- Perform A/B experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and engagement of users.
- Build a playbook that can be replicated across geographies to manage consistent acquisition grow.
- Monitor and evaluate analytics dashboards and understand the performance of the experiments.
- Create regular reports to keep track of acquisition performance.
- Responsible for web page improvement and performance.
- Try various methodologies to have a continuous decrease in CAC.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of solid digital marketing experience.
- Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in implementing social media campaigns and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Sound knowledge of social media and Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of KPIs (such as CPA, conversion rates, CTR, CPM) and sales funnel.
- English proficiency.

- Strategic thinking.
- Organizational skills.
- Understanding and/or experience of marketing automation platforms (e. g. Pardot).
- Experience in CMS (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager).
- Excellent presentation skills to showcase results and develop non digital marketing teams understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Acquaintance in managing website analytics tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
