We are looking for a Flexcube consultant with leadership capability along with good techno-functional understanding of Flexcube. The client is a multinational company based in Colombia, NY and CDMX, growing globaly as a software factory.
What will you be doing
As a Flexcube Consultant you will lead a first-class software engineer team. The team should be able to develop clean, maintainable, scalable and well-tested code.
Key responsabilities
- Collaborate with the maximization of the work in the software development team, prioritizing the needs according to strategic objectives.
- Clearly express the demands of the product through the description of problems and business requirements, monitoring the development of the solution, analyzing the effectiveness indicators and presenting to the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Be a Greencard Holder or an American citizen.
- Be based in NY or NJ.
- 6 years or more of experience with Flexcube.
