We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst experienced with business analysis on the Salesforce platform, and with functional experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
What will you be doing
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst your job will consist in understanding their salesforce organization and custom-developed applications, as well as supporting, designing, training, and ensuring the designed improvements are being performed as expected.
Key responsabilities
- Provide guidance to clients on leading practices and domain expertise.
- Participate in client workshops and functional elicitation sessions.
- Articulate significant gaps between the client’s current state versus desired future state.
- Ensure the solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and vendor to drive CPQ implementations.
- Be recognized as a functional expert in the CPQ domain.
- Strong communication skills are a must as you will be interacting with end-users.
Candidate Requirements
- English proficiency.
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst on the SalesForce platform.
- 2+ years of functional experience in Apptus/Conga CPQ.
- Experience in driving Sales processes like Opportunity to Order, and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
