We are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of experience working in the human resources area, with experience in IT profiles, to fill the position of HRBP in a multinational technology company, based in Colombia, Mexico City and NY .
What will you be doing
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a part of the Human Resources area and your role will be to reflect and ponder different ways to renew some organizational practices, as well as negotiating and reporting to senior company roles.
Key responsabilities
- Identification and diagnosis of business operations.
- Ideation of different strategies for the retention of IT profiles.
- Make proposals to facilitate practices in the IT area.
Candidate Requirements
- English proficiency.
- Experience in more than one Human Management process.
- Experience in hunting IT profiles, full understanding of their characteristics.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience in organizational change processes as a partner of a company.
