If you have already decided to give some training in your company, you may wonder which is the best option or your options.

Your team can have access to it at any time. Of course, talking about preset content would not have personalized attention and may not fulfill your needs.
  1. Mixed Training. A training made by the last three modalities, offering the best of each one. It means the course will have face-to-face sessions, webinars, and virtual supporting tools, and it could be videos or eBooks.

Selecting the best option for your company will depend on many aspects of your company, such as budget, number of persons to train, time, and educational objectives.
